Broken elbow recovery is going well. — But I’m still bummed as I coulda/shoulda been on the final stages of this year’s coast-to-coast ride. Obviously(!!), there can only be one response….Let’s try it again next year. Yep, I registered and made my down-payment for next year’s ride.
Golly, I’ll be 70 years stupid and won’t it make for a better story to tell the grandkids (someday great-greandkids?) about riding cross country at 70 than 69?
Meanwhile, I’ve been back in the saddle since May 8th and riding strong. Most weeks I’ve been logging 200+ miles and feeling good.
