It was another good week with 200+ miles. My next step will be to build a more targeted approach. Meaning, I’ll be attempting to integrate the various routines I’ve grown accustomed to at the gym (stationary cycling days with alternating aerobic and anaerobic training, strength days that emphasize leg strength and overall body composition) with various types of outdoor cycling including hills, high intensity short and long intervals, and a good mix of lower intensity “junk” miles.
